We have a new opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join our national team. Our Business Support team is a small group of individuals who have a large impact on the company as whole and have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business across all teams and levels. If you are looking to extend your career in administration in a large, industry leading company, then this is a great opportunity for you. With the support of other team members and the Business Support manager, you will build your experience in a variety of areas that help our firm to function at its optimal level. This position is based in our Adelaide, SA office. This role is fully office based.

So, what will you do?

All functions of this role are shared, allowing you to learn off others, develop your skills and continue building your experience. This includes:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the local team and support the national business as part of the broader Business Support team, including:

Format and produce detailed technical documents and reports.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Support the team with travel arrangements and finance administration.
Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions and client meetings.
Perform reception duties and general office administration.
Onboard new starters.
Support facility maintenance and administration.

Highly desirable professional skills you will bring to the team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative based role
Experience in an administrative based role within professional services is advantageous
Sharepoint experience is advantageous
A strong willingness to learn & a positive attitude
A keen eye for detail
Strong time management skills & work ethic
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
