Due to our continued growth and expansion, Bostin Brew Co is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Venue Manager to join our team.Our venue has recently completed an exciting renovation, creating a fresh new space for both customers and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and be part of the next chapter of Bostin Brew Co's growth.At Bostin Brew Co, we are committed to delivering exceptional service in a relaxed, welcoming, and community-focused environment. Weekend availability is essential for this roleKey Responsibilities Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Build strong relationships with customers and handle enquiries and feedback professionally.
Lead by example and foster a customer-first culture within the team.

Operations & Service

Assist with the preparation of hot and cold food items.
Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages.
Ensure efficient day-to-day venue operations.
Rostering
Banking / cash management
Working within budget

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and support a small team.
Assist with staff training and development.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Quality Control

Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
Maintain quality and consistency across all aspects of the venue.

Health & Safety

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
