Ticket Assistant (Part Time)

Location: Belmont, WA
Hours: Casual / Part Time
Availability: Weekend and school holiday availability preferred

Hi Voltage Entertainment is Perth's premier entertainment centre, featuring electric go-karting, glow mini golf, indoor play, café and bar facilities across a 5,500sqm venue.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticket Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a fun and energetic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting customers
Processing bookings and payments through our booking system
Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
Checking in guests and managing race schedules
Assisting with party and group bookings
Promoting activities, memberships and special offers
Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house area
Supporting other departments when required

About You

Friendly and confident personality
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
