We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at the AFL Store Watergardens, located in Watergardens Shopping Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers by:
- Assisting customers to find the perfect AFL merchandise.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-presented store.
- Replenishing stock and supporting inventory management processes.
- Keeping up to date with the latest AFL products and promotions.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- A genuine passion for AFL and the excitement of the game.
- Previous retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- Experience with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays.

Pay rates are in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award and are based on age and applicable classification.

Pay: $15.64 – $34.76 per hour
Experience:
- Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
