About the role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting day to day farm operations with the following responsibilities:

Supporting farm activities such as planting, weeding, crop maintenance and harvesting
- Safe operation of irrigation systems including sprinkler and flood irrigation
- Safe operation of farm plant and machinery
- Assisting with maintenance of farming equipment and property
- Supporting record-keeping and farm inventory management
- Maintaining the presentation and appearance of property, workshops and infrastructure
- Upholding and promoting high farm hygiene standards
- Supporting other team members as required
- Actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within your role and the wider business
- Other duties as required
About you:
You enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things well, and want to be part of something with purpose. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Current Drivers Licence
- Sound understanding of farming machinery practises
