About the Opportunity
You will be joining our Operations team to support the day‑to‑day running of our Village based in Karratha. This is a permanent full‑time FIFO role on a 14:7 roster, working 8.25‑hour days (two weeks on site followed by one week at home).
This opportunity is best suited to candidates who already have experience in administration roles within a FIFO or remote accommodation environment, and who are comfortable managing core admin responsibilities in a village setting.
In this position, you will manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, accommodation bookings, general administration duties, and the village retail space. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will be expected to provide a consistent, professional, and organised customer service experience in a busy FIFO operation.
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys administration‑focused FIFO work and is looking to continue building their experience in village operations, rather than transitioning from a non‑administrative FIFO role.
About the Benefits
- Salary $69,679 + 12% Superannuation
- $7k annual incentive bonus for all local candidates who Drive in, Drive out (paid quarterly – no flights included)
- 8.25 hour work day
- FIFO included for all Perth based candidates (not eligible for incentive bonus)
- All food provided while on site (catering for all preferences / allergies / intolerances)
- Accommodation provided (linen, aircon, bar fridge, TV, en-suite bathroom)

About You
Previous FIFO experience in an administration or accommodation ‑ based role (essential)
Administration experience, preferably within the hospitality or workforce accommodation sector
Experience using accommodation booking systems (highly desirable)
Proven ability to work independently in high ‑ volume, fast ‑ paced FIFO environments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability to FIFO life and remote work conditions
Commitment to working a 14:7 FIFO roster on an ongoing basis
Valid driver’s licence
Unlimited Australian working rights (12 months or more required – sponsorship not available)
Flexibility to work across day and night shift when required
A strong commitment to safety
