Job Description – Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician)

Position: Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician)
Location: Karratha WA 6714
Salary Range: From $68,000 to $80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Position: Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician)
Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant AQF Certificate IV; or Relevant AQF Certificate III in Beauty Therapy
- With at least two years of relevant full time or part time equivalent experience in a
Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) role or a similar position.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client
experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work.
Applicant must solidly commit to at least 2 to 3 years of permanent full-time employment
with the employer.

Lux Nails and Beauty Karratha is seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist
(Nail Technician) to join our dynamic team. If you're looking to take the next step in your beauty
career and help manage a growing and successful salon, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing a wide range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails,
acrylic nails, and nail art, waxing, facial.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a relaxing, professional experience
for all clients.
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the salon at all times.
- Advising clients on the best beauty products and treatments suited to their individual
needs.
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior beauty therapists.
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon, including helping to
implement new services and promotional strategies.
