The Role

We are looking for a health care professional to provide specialist assessment and ongoing care of young people with acute and chronic primary care, paediatric and adolescent health issues at our Youth Justice Centres.

Correctional and other high-risk or settings can place added pressure on clinical decision-making. Describe your approach to making sound clinical decisions for young people in these environments, and how you balance risk, safety and patient care.

This role involves working alongside internal and external partner agencies such as Adolescent Forensic Mental Health, Youth Justice, Community Services and Education. Describe a time you built effective working relationships across a multidisciplinary team or with external agencies to support a vulnerable or complex client group.
