4-Day Work Week | Every Friday Off | Up to $100,000+ (Based on Experience)

We're a proudly Australian, family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in the automotive and caravan industry. As one of South East Queensland's leading caravan repair specialists, we're growing and are looking for a skilled, motivated technicians to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced Caravan Technician, Auto Electrician, Mechanic, Boat Builder, Cabinet Maker, RV Technician, or someone with similar trade skills looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll be working on a wide variety of caravans, campers and motorhomes, completing everything from routine servicing through to major repairs and insurance work.

Your duties may include:

Caravan servicing and maintenance
General repairs and fault finding
Water ingress diagnosis and repairs
Structural timber and aluminium frame repairs
Internal fit-outs and cabinetry repairs
Insurance repairs
Installation of caravan accessories
12V electrical accessory installation and fault finding
Suspension, brakes and running gear repairs
Pre-delivery inspections and quality control
Working to a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys solving problems and wants to be part of a professional team.

You'll Ideally Have:

Experience in caravan, RV, automotive, marine or related trades
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Current Australian driver's licence

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

Caravan or RV repair experience
Auto electrical experience
Mechanical trade qualification
Cabinet making or boat building experience
Fibreglass repair experience
Air conditioning experience
White Card
Experience with insurance repairs
