About Our Clinic

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous reception or dental experience, or a motivated individual with no experience who is keen to learn and develop new skills.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and professionally
Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Handling patient enquiries and providing clear information
Processing payments and managing billing
Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
Coordinating with dentists, assistants, and management
Supporting general administrative and front desk duties
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming

About You

Friendly, well-presented, and professional
Available from 7.45am to 5.15 pm, 3 to 4 days a week
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Comfortable using computers and practice management software (training provided)
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Prior dental or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential

Pay: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
