Key Responsibilities:
- Rubber lining of various components
- Learning belt splicing duties
- Conveyor belt cleating
- Operating factory machinery and equipment
- Assisting with general workshop and factory duties
What We’re Looking For:
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmosphere, White Card (advantageous)
- A background in manufacturing or similar hands-on industries (advantageous)
- Experience or Knowledge around the conveyor industry (advantageous)
- Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently
- A strong commitment to safety and following company policies and procedures
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 38 - 60 Hours Per Week
- Residential Role
- Overtime available as required
