Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you'll play a key role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals that keep our workforce fuelled and ready for the day ahead.

Shift Times:
- Breakfast Shift: 2:30am – 12:30pm
- Dinner Shift: 11:00am – 9:00pm
Please note: This is a Kalgoorlie residential role.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast or dinner meals for 65+ personnel daily
- Planning and organising menus while catering for dietary requirements and preferences
- Maintaining exceptional food presentation, taste and consistency
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health standards
- Managing stock levels, ordering requirements and minimising food wastage
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy meal service periods
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (within validity period)
- Previous experience in a bulk catering or high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- Australian Citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
