Summary:

As a Support Worker in Kadina, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. This permanent, part-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community, providing support and care to those who require it. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental well-being.
Help clients engage in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate professionals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications:

A genuine interest in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Previous experience in a care role is advantageous but not essential.
