Full Job Description

Streamline Innovations' is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Site Foreman, Tradesman, and Labourers to lead and execute on our construction projects in beautiful Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our landscape construction projects and some of the areas prize homes landscapes.

What you'll be doing

Manage and build all on-site construction elements, utilising a team of landscape tradesman & labourers
Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and manage supplier relationships
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, and mentor junior staff as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Landscape Construction Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle of landscape construction projects, from planning to completion
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the construction team
Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
Thorough understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, and equipment to build landscaping elements
Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
