G.James Glass and Aluminium is a leading Australian family-owned company, employing over 1,800 people nationwide in the glass and aluminium industry.

Our Woodridge Windows & Doors branch delivers expert sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects. We’re seeking an experienced Assembler to join our skilled and dynamic team.

The Role

Full training provided for duties including assembling and fabricating aluminium windows, doors, and screens. Previous experience in commercial fabrication, aluminium assembly, glazing, glass handling, or operating saws and power tools will be highly regarded.

The Applicant

Previous experience as a commercial assembler or in aluminium fabrication is advantageous
Physically fit with experience in manual handling
Punctual, reliable, with a current driver’s licence and own transport
Willing to learn new skills and follow direction
Able to read detailed production documentation and plans
Strong communication skills, able to work safely and accurately to get the job done
