Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, and energetic environment? Entertainment Park is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager / Arcade Technician to join our brand-new Penrith venue.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day venue operations while ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of our arcade games and attractions. This role combines leadership, customer service, operations, and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both managing teams and working hands-on with equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members across the venue
- Oversee daily venue operations and duty manage shifts effectively
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor and uphold workplace health and safety procedures
- Collaborate with management and departments to improve venue operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain records, operational reports, and attendance where required
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair arcade machines and entertainment equipment
- Ensure arcade attractions remain operational, safe, and presented to a high standard
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or leadership experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, tourism, or fast-paced customer service environments
- Technical experience with arcade machines, gaming systems, electronics, audio-visual equipment, or related technologies is highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable, proactive, and hands-on attitude

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
