About you:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced high end restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Modern Australian and Classic European cuisine
- Certificate IV Commercial Cookery or higher
- HACCP & local Food Safety Handling & Hygiene knowledge
- Lead by example, train and mentor junior chefs, and confidently manage all kitchen sections to maintain operational excellence
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, to assist with kitchen administration
