About the Role:

We are currently seeking Level 1 Office & Amenities Cleaners and Level 2 Facility Cleaners to join our team.

As a Cleaner with Austral Facility Services, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness across office areas, amenities, and facility spaces
Completing all cleaning tasks in accordance with company procedures and client requirements
Reporting any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards in line with established protocols
Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times

What we're looking for:

A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Motivated and reliable individuals with strong attention to detail
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
Experience working in warehouse or logistics environments (preferred)
Scissor lift or boom lift certification (desirable)
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Ability to work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and work with minimal supervision
Strong time management skills and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work in a busy environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (required)
Full working rights in Australia

Availability:

Monday to Sunday

Day, Afternoon and Night shifts available.
