We take pride in our workmanship, reliability, and strong team culture. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Solid Plasterer / Renderer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and can work both independently and within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply a wide range of rendering systems to various substrates with a high-quality finish
- Prepare surfaces, including masking and protecting surrounding areas
- Set angles, screed walls, float, and complete all rendering tasks to specification
- Perform all aspects of rendering including base coats, texture coatings, and Venetian finishes
- Lead and supervise a small team when required
- Carry out painting of rendered surfaces as needed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum Certificate III in Solid Plastering(or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of various rendering materials and application techniques
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Leadership capability with the ability to both give and follow instructions
- Comfortable working at heights

- Own tools and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and honest
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Occasional weekend work may be required
- Some overnight travel may be necessary depending on project location
