About the Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Pub Lane Tavern

The Pub Lane Tavern is looking for energetic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team! We are a fast-paced community favorite, and we’re seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a busy pub environment.

To be successful, you must be over 18, have excellent availability to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. A current RSA and a positive, "can-do" attitude are essential, as you’ll be responsible for everything from pouring drinks to providing top-tier service in our bistro. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
