We’re looking for an Administration Officer – Accounts Payable (Part-Time) to join our Finance team based in Richlands. This is a part-time role (18 hours per week), with set working days to be discussed at the interview stage. The role offers flexibility around start and finish times.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Administration Officer – Accounts Payable, you will:

Process supplier invoices, set up accounts, and complete invoice matching

Manage the AP inbox and follow up on invoice discrepancies

Complete supplier statement reconciliations and monitor aged payables

Maintain accurate records

Deliver support to internal stakeholders across the business

Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
