Are you passionate about the beauty of outdoor spaces? Do you have a strong trade experience and a keen eye for detail? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscaping Estimator to join our team and help us bring landscapes to life.

Position: Landscaping Estimator

Location: 3 Staple Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks

About Us:

Responsibilities:

As a Landscaping Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Site Visits: Conducting on-site visits to assess clients' landscaping needs.
Project Evaluation: Analysing project requirements, considering factors such as space, soil quality, sunlight, and client preferences.
Cost Estimation: Providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects.
New Work On Site Liaison: Initial consult with teams on site prior to commencement of works.
Client Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and offering professional advice on suitable design, hardscaping elements, and overall design concepts.
Proposal Development: Creating comprehensive proposals outlining project scope, timelines, and cost breakdowns.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Client Communication: Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients throughout the estimation and project planning process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Landscaping Estimator or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, and landscaping principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using estimation software and tools, or ability to learn our system.A degree or certification in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field is a plus.
