About the Role
- Welcome members, guests and visitors with a warm, professional and polished approach
- Manage check-in, check-out, bookings, enquiries and front desk administration
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records in line with operational procedures
- Promote resort facilities, services and local experiences to enhance the guest stay
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of reception while maintaining presentation and service standards
About You
- Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or accommodation
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Flexible, reliable and a team player
- Available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
Experience with a hotel or resort booking system such as OPERA will be highly regarded, as will qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
