About the Role:
We're seeking a caring and committed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Inverloch Coast Care Community
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents to live with dignity, purpose and independence. Working closely with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to assessments, care planning, medication management and clinical care outcomes, while fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Who We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals with the following:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in aged care, health care or a similar clinical environment
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to supervise, support and mentor care team members
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- Knowledge of aged care standards and infection prevention practices
- Basic Life Support Certificate (desirable)
