Your role, your contribution!
Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses.
Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients.
Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects alongside experienced Partners.
Support the governance of client portfolios by assisting in the implementation of a structured Annual Client Review process.
Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Drive business development efforts, supporting client acquisition and identifying opportunities to add value across all firm service lines.
Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and team performance.

What you will bring to the role
5+ years of public practice experience (Manager level); 6-8+ years for Senior Manager applicants.
Achieved CA or CPA qualification.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support a team.
Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills.
Experience reviewing complex financial statements, tax returns and compliance documentation across varied entity structures.
Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients, with a focus on long-term partnership.
Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (Xero, MYOB, Excel).
Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services.
