The Role: Join our team as a Speech Pathologist and work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and liaise with families, educators, professionals, and support personnel. This full-time position offers flexibility in working arrangements for the right candidate, within a supportive, engaging work environment.
Duties:
- Assist children and adolescents (and their families) with disabilities or developmental delays to enhance functional independence and social participation.
- Provide interventions, including assessments, recommendations, and therapy/training.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve positive outcomes for participants and their individual goals.
Requirements:
- Full and current AHPRA registration.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and families to ensure engaging therapy sessions.
- Commitment to professional development.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
