In this role, you'll:
Provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to program and project teams. You’ll make sure information is accurate, reporting is clear and reliable, and projects are well-organised and documented. You’ll help teams stay on track, keep stakeholders informed, and maintain consistency across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Provide coordination and administrative support to program and project teams, ensuring documentation, tracking and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Assist in collecting and collating data to support program prioritisation, monitoring and reporting.
Maintain program registers, tracking tools and dashboards to ensure visibility of progress, risks and key milestones.
Prepare and format reports, briefings and correspondence for senior team members.
Support stakeholder communication and meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
Assist with research and basic analysis to support planning, decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Help identify and implement process improvements to support consistency and efficiency.
Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and adaptability.

About you

You’re organised, detail-focused, and practical. You know how to keep information accurate and easy to understand, and you can balance multiple tasks without losing quality.

You work well with others, communicate clearly, and help teams stay on top of reporting and documentation.

You’re confident using systems such as SAP Equip to manage, track, and analyse project and program information, ensuring data is reliable and insights are actionable.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience providing administrative or coordination support in a program, project or planning environment.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to collect, interpret and present data clearly and accurately.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and program tracking or reporting tools.
Tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience.
