Position: Full-Time | Immediate Start | RDOs + Overtime Available
Mii Kitchen is a leading bespoke kitchen and joinery manufacturer based in Smeaton Grange. We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial joinery, working with major home builders, designers, and private clients across Sydney.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner (Tradesman) to join our skilled and supportive workshop team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on high-end custom joinery projects, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery
- Interpret shop drawings and plans
- Operate cabinet making machinery and tools
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines
- Ensure workshop safety standards are maintained
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery
- Proven experience manufacturing custom kitchens or joinery
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- A White Card
- Your own reliable transport
- Experience with CNC machinery
- Experience installing cabinetry on-site
- Experience with high-end residential joinery
