What You’ll Do:

Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations across our vibrant bar, bustling restaurant, and welcoming accommodation, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Inspire Your Team: Motivate, mentor, and develop our passionate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Elevate Guest Experiences: Be the go-to person for our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every visit is memorable.
Drive Success: Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory, while keeping an eye on budgets and ensuring we’re always operating efficiently.
Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure we meet all health, safety, and licensing regulations, keeping our team and guests safe.

What We’re Looking For:

A proven leader with experience in hospitality management.
Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager & CLO (or ability to obtain).
Someone with a positive attitude who thrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment.
A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the go.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of hospitality regulations and financial management.
