The Mission
As a Senior Account Executive – NCA, you own the top of the growth funnel for our most critical prospective accounts. Your job is simple, relentless, and high-impact: identify target accounts struggling with operational friction, demonstrate how Simpro Group drives massive bottom-line value, and close complex new-logo deals. You won't be handed a book of accounts — you'll build one, targeting larger, multi-stakeholder organizations. Every new logo you land is a direct result of your strategic hustle, executive presence, and ability to turn complex value propositions into signed contracts.
This is a full-cycle, net-new hunting role. No farming. No order-taking. Pure acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Hunt & Acquire
Own a defined high-value territory and ICP — research, target, and relentlessly pursue strategic net-new logos.
Prospect multi-channel into executive-level decision-makers: cold calling, targeted LinkedIn outreach, partner channels, networking events, and industry conferences.
Build and maintain a robust self-sourced pipeline that is always at least 3x your quota
Run the full, complex sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution — discovery, tailored demo, proposal, multi-stakeholder negotiation, and close.
Sell on Value & Navigating Complexity
Uncover complex operational challenges and map Simpro’s full platform capability directly to executive pain points — margin pressure, job costing inefficiency, scheduling chaos, and cash flow gaps.
Deliver compelling, highly customized product demonstrations that translate advanced platform features into quantifiable ROI and business outcomes.
Masterfully navigate complex buying committees — getting directly to C-suite and economic decision-makers while keeping all stakeholders aligned
Handle objections with confidence and curiosity, not defensiveness
Operate with Discipline & Leadership
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records — pipeline, activities, forecasts, and deal stages
Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion KPIs across calls, executive demos, proposals, and advanced pipeline stages
Provide regular, honest forecasting to leadership — no surprises
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Account Management to ensure a smooth hand-off post-close

What You’ll Bring
Skills
A high-energy, outcomes-driven sales approach with a bias toward action and speed.
Strong qualification and discovery capability; ability to quickly identify champions, blockers, and decision paths.
Skilled in storytelling and ROI-based selling to create urgency and accelerate close.
Excellent communication, demoing, and negotiation skills.
Confidence managing a fast sales cycle while influencing multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Clari, etc.).
Experience
Proven experience in new business sales, in SaaS or B2B technology.
Demonstrated success operating in short sales cycles with high conversion rates and consistent quota attainment.
Proven record of closing new business with small to mid-market customers; enterprise experience a plus.
Experience selling a solution that requires discovery, solution mapping, and business case development.
