Childcare Trainee – Full-Time

Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start a rewarding career in early childhood education? We are seeking a motivated and caring Childcare Trainee to join our friendly team.

About the Role
As a Childcare Trainee, you will work alongside experienced educators while completing a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will gain hands-on experience supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children.
Support educational activities and play-based learning.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Follow all health, safety, and childcare policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, caring, and responsible.
Ability to obtain or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check.
