Join Our Team as a Barista!

The Links Shell Cove is looking for vibrant and proactive Barista to serve great coffee and drinks in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves interacting with people, are passionate about hospitality and possess a friendly demeanor, we’d love to meet you!

Position Title: Food and Beverage Attendant
Reports to: Team Leader Hospitality
Employment Type: Casual
Location: The Links Shell Cove
Salary: $36.71 per hour (including casual loading) + 12% super.
Penalties are paid in addition for Saturday/Sunday work and public holidays.

As a Barista, your role is not just about serving drinks; it’s about creating connections and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll be preparing a full range of delicious beverages and maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of our bar and café.

- Craft and serve high-quality beverages while showcasing your barista skills.
- Prepare light meals and serve baked treats.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure the security of cash and stock.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience as a barista and cash handling. 1-2 years preferred.
- A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstratable passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for customers.
