About us

We are a fast growing steel fabrication company working in the mining and construction industry and we are now looking for a new member to join our team. If you’re a Boilermaker/Fitter Welder with a passion for quality workmanship and looking for an exciting new opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Welder / Boilermaker
Fitting experience preferred
Strong Mig welding skills
Able to pass a welding test
3rd Year apprentices welcome to apply

Tasks & Responsibilities

Work on a wide variety of heavy fabrication jobs (Plate Work, Pipework and/or Structural Steel)
MIG, Stick & TIG welding
Interpret and work with design specifications
Set up components for welding according to specifications
Test and inspect welded components for flaws
Grinding components as necessary to achieve proper surface texture
Maintenance and repair of basic underground equipment
Must provide and maintain your own basic hand tools
Site work

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

Exceptional team player
High regard to safety
Ability to work efficiently without supervision
Forklift Licence
Drivers Licence
