Join the Schools and Transitions Unit within Aboriginal Education and Communities, where you will support a team committed to improving outcomes for Aboriginal students and communities across NSW. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the unit organised and connected by providing high-quality administrative and executive support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About you
- Experience supporting finance, purchasing and admin processes
- Strong ability maintaining TRIM records and correspondence systems
- Skilled preparing briefs, reports, submissions and correspondence
- Provide responsive executive and administrative support services
- Confident handling enquiries and liaising with stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism at all times
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
