A Great Opportunity has become available for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to Join our Friendly Team on a Part-time/Full Time Basis and willing to stay Long Term. An Immediate start is available.

We are looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator who is professional, polished and has excellent communication skills. A warm, proactive and team focused nature will see you be successful and fit the culture of the practice.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Dental Reception would be beneficial however training will be provided.

To be reliable, show initiative and work well both autonomously and as a team.

Professional and friendly Personality.

Excellent time-management and leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Proactive attitude, displays initiative and has an enthusiasm for team work

Punctual, reliable and well presented.

To have excellent verbal and written communication skills including a great phone manner.

Ideally have experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W).

Must be an Australian Resident.

Your Role:

Front Office Receptionist Duties.

Answering the Telephone and Face to Face enquiries.

Patient Management; Greeting and Welcoming Patients.

Creating a Warm and Friendly Environment for our Patients.

Recall Management.

Administration including Processing Payments using EFTPOS & Hicaps.

Treatment Coordinating with Patients.

Support and Coordination of the daily duties of the Practitioners and work closely with our Team.

Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week

Work Location: In person
