Mid-Week Dayshift & Afternoon rosters available
Casual position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate!
$450 Weekly Bonus

Mastermyne, one of Australia’s most trusted mining contractors, is supporting Outbye + Ventilation Services at the Ashton Coal operation and is now seeking experienced Underground Coal Operators, with a focus on those with Longwall experience, to play a key role in this project’s success. This opportunity is ideal for candidates based in the Newcastle, Maitland, Singleton, and Hunter Valley regions who are looking to join a safety-focused, high-performing team with long-term project stability, competitive rates, and a casual entry point with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.

Applicants will require:

Demonstrated Underground Coal experience as an Operator is essential;
Demonstrated Longwall Bullgang / Moves experience is desirable;
Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets
Valid Drivers' Licence
Right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate)
