Performance & Improvements Team Administrator

Summary: This role provides administrative support to the Performance & Improvements Team within the Health Screening Service.

Fixed term for 12 months

Sydney CBD Office location | 35-hour work week

Salary from $84,659+ super + benefits

About the Role

In this role the administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of key service improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate and timely performance reporting, and ensuring effective documentation, tracking, and communication of improvement activities across the service.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Performance and Improvement Team Administrator you will:

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

- Maintain performance dashboards and data tracking systems.

- Collate, validate, and format service activity and KPI data from multiple sources.

- Support analysis by preparing summaries, graphs, and presentations.

- Monitor reporting timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

- Provide administrative support for improvement initiatives and projects.

- Maintain project registers, action logs, and risk registers.

- Track progress against improvement plans and follow up on outstanding actions.

- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and documentation.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles.

Experience supporting reporting, data tracking, or performance monitoring.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple priorities
