Full Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Dental Receptionists and Dental Assistants to join our team. If you have relevant dental experience and are passionate about providing excellent patient care, we would love to hear from you.

Dental Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients, providing friendly and professional customer service
Manage appointments and handle phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
Assist patients with understanding treatment plans and fees, and coordinate follow-up treatment arrangements
Process payments, health fund claims and general administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with dentists and the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and daily operations

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator is essential
Good understanding of dental practice operations and appointment procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a responsible and professional attitude
Confident with computers and common office software
Chinese-speaking skills are highly desirable but not essential.

Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists with a range of dental treatments and procedures, providing professional and attentive clinical support
Prepare treatment rooms and manage the cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of dental instruments
Assist with dental X-rays, impressions and other clinical procedures
Follow strict infection control and occupational health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinical environment
Work collaboratively with the team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with good knowledge of clinical procedures
Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality patient care
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dental environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with dental practice management software, dental equipment and instrument sterilisation procedures
Chinese-speaking skills are highly desirable but not essential.
