Edna Violet Hair & Beauty Parlour is looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our boutique salon in Robina.
We would particularly love to hear from experienced local hairdressers looking for a change, additional hours or a fresh salon environment.
This is a flexible casual position offering approximately 5–25 hours per week, so it could suit someone wanting one regular day through to several days per week, with the opportunity for hours to grow.

We are an established, relaxed boutique salon with a loyal clientele and a strong focus on quality hairdressing, personalised consultations and genuine client care.
Our clientele particularly enjoys beautiful colour work, blondes, grey blending, cutting and natural, wearable hair.
We're not about rushing clients through the chair. We want our stylists to have the time to provide great service and build lasting relationships with their clients.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a fully qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser
- Is confident in colour, foiling, toning, cutting and styling
- Has excellent consultation and client-care skills
- Is reliable, professional and comfortable working independently
- Enjoys building relationships with clients
- Would like flexible casual hours in an established salon
- Is looking for a positive, professional and relaxed workplace
What we offer
$37–$40+ per hour depending on experience, plus applicable Award penalty rates and commission opportunities.
You'll also have flexible hours, an established salon environment, new-client opportunities and support to grow your bookings.
