Apply your maintenance fitting skills in a permanent, full-time role with a global leader in gases, engineering and healthcare. This is an opportunity to contribute to a supportive team while building a stable and rewarding career.

What you will enjoy doing

Carrying out maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support reliable plant operations
Supporting production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain continuity of supply
Identifying and resolving equipment issues to reduce breakdowns and repeat failures
Maintaining accurate records within the SAP maintenance management system
Monitoring plant and equipment condition to improve reliability and performance
Supporting the operation of continuous process plant systems
Managing spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance activities
Coordinating maintenance work, including contractors, in line with safety requirements

What makes you great

Experience working as a Maintenance Fitter (minimum 5 years)
Trade qualifications in fitting
Strong mechanical problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
Experience conducting risk assessments and working within safe systems of work
Familiarity with Permit to Work systems
Experience in the gas industry or a similar industrial environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Computer skills, including maintenance systems
