Experience Required: Experienced

We are an inner-Hobart ophthalmology clinic with a small and cohesive team of staff. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our team as a medical receptionist. We have some flexibility around whether this is a full time or part time role (Monday to Friday, no weekends) and are keen to make it work for the right candidate. Previous experience in medical reception work will be extremely beneficial, as will the demonstrated ability to work in a busy environment and balance competing demands for your time.

We offer above award wages, commensurate with experience, and the chance to do meaningful work that has a positive impact on people’s lives. All necessary training will be provided.

We are seeking people with:

Experience in a medical setting
The capacity to work well in a team
Warm, kind and professional manner
The ability to learn quickly and be adaptable
Good listening skills and strong sense of responsibility
