Full Job Description

Assist participants with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Support participants with medication administration as directed by care plans and organisational policies.
Help participants attend appointments, social activities, education, employment, and community programs.
Provide transportation and support during outings and community access activities.
Assist with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Follow individual support plans and work towards participant goals.
Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
Monitor participant wellbeing and report any concerns, incidents, or changes in health or behaviour.
Complete accurate progress notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
Maintain participant privacy, confidentiality, and dignity at all times.
Follow workplace health and safety requirements and NDIS Practice Standards.

Pay: $43.23 per hour

Education:

Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
