Position Summary
Incat is home to the world's most advanced electric shipbuilding program, and we are looking for Qualified Welders and Fabricators to join our team.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Attributes
- Trade Qualification - Cert III Engineering (Fabrication Trade)
- Experience as a welder and/or fabricator, preferably having worked with aluminium
- Current White Card
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent high-quality work in a team environment

Key Responsibilities
- Welding and/or fabricating according to blueprint and technical drawings in accordance with Incat and DNV standards
- Operate machinery to make precise cuts, shapes, welds, bends and repairs
- Prepare components to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel/aluminium parts
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Commitment to a safe working environment
- Full and current Australian working rights
