About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide and support our production team in delivering safe, high‑quality food products every day. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in running a smooth, efficient operation.

Duties:

As a hands on leader on the production floor, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of to deliver products within specifications
Ensure all food safety, quality, and compliance standards are met, including applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Oversee training for new team members and supporting ongoing skill development
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
Support a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture
Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams to optimise outcomes

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Team Leader in food or beverage manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach, support and mentor staff
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
