About the Role

We are seeking a confident and capable Dental Receptionist with Dental Assistant experience to join our Joondalup centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, 7–8 chair clinic with a high-performing team and strong patient demand. You’ll play a key role across both reception coordination and clinical support , ensuring a seamless patient experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing front desk operations, bookings and patient enquiries
Coordinating a busy schedule across multiple clinicians
Delivering a warm, professional and efficient patient experience
Supporting chairside assisting as required
Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards
Assisting with overall clinic flow in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in dental reception , with exposure to chairside assisting
Confidence working in a busy, multi-chair clinic environment
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and patient service approach
Reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude
Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
