Full Job Description

$36.81 per hour (full rates in ad)
Adhoc nights available with opportunity to pick up day shifts

Nextt are seeking female Disability Support Workers to support two female clients in a shared home environment in Highfields, assisting them with daily living and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Ad hoc Active Night shifts available (11:00 pm – 9:00 am), with opportunities to pick up additional ad hoc day shifts as required

Client 1
Disabilities: Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy, Anxiety (non-verbal)
Supports required:

Manual handling (hoist and sling transfers)
Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
Bladder incontinence support and toileting
Postural management
Medication assistance
Domestic duties
Full assistance with daily living

Client 2
Disabilities: Muscle weakness, Myotonia, reduced motor control, severe fatigue, respiratory weakness, Intellectual impairment
Supports required:

Community access and social engagement
Personal care (grooming, dressing)
Domestic support
Assistance with daily activities (meal preparation, routines, therapeutic engagement)

Pay Rates
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)

Base hourly rate: $36.81
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $41.23
Saturday: $51.54
Sunday: $66.26
Public holiday: $80.99

NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
First Aid and CPR (Current)
