Rates starting from $46.70+ super and penalties
Paid training including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and The Sanctuary Model.

You'll be supported with leading trauma-informed training, practical frameworks and a team that's there when you need them.

Our current opportunities
We're recruiting both Casual and Permanent Part-Time Workers, with a strong preference for candidates who have sleepover availability as part of their regular roster.

We're also recruiting for:

Supported Independent Living shifts that do not include sleepovers.
Flexible community support shifts ranging from 4–8 hours, delivered across the day between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

What you'll be doing

Provide safe, stable and therapeutic support for young people with complex needs, including those with NDIS funding and trauma-based behaviours, helping them feel valued, understood and empowered.
Build trusted relationships that help young people grow in confidence, develop essential life skills and work towards their individual goals.
Support young people to engage in daily routines, education, appointments, meaningful activities and facilitate and supervise family time in line with their individual care plans.
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver person-centred care that reflects each young person's strengths, goals and support needs.
Record meaningful and accurate information that contributes to consistent, high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.

You're the right person if...

You genuinely care about helping young people build positive futures and stronger relationships.
You stay calm, patient and consistent, even when situations are challenging.
You're confident supporting young people with complex behaviours or are eager to develop your skills through specialist training.
You enjoy working as part of a supportive team and communicate openly with others.
You have experience supporting young people or people in disability, mental health, aged care or childcare or you're ready to build a rewarding career in the community services sector.
You hold a current driver's licence (minimum P2) and are willing to obtain, or already hold, the required clearances, First Aid and CPR, with flexibility to work shifts, including sleepovers where required.
