As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in delivering over $115m of secured work, including a $12m TMR Package. You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
Maintain compliance with TMR standards, quality requirements, and environmental obligations where applicable
Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site

About You

Proven experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects
Previous experience delivering works under TMR specifications and standards highly regarded
Strong understanding of TMR quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
Current Driver Licence
Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
