Full Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, reliable, and confident in managing day-to-day administrative and accounts tasks in a fast-paced environment, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Wolfpack Print is a leading locally owned design, print, and signage company based in Hervey Bay. We work with a wide range of clients across signage, large format printing, promotional productions and branded solutions, and pride ourselves on being reliable, friendly and easy to work with.

This position will commence on a casual part-time basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities (about the role)

Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email
General office administration and day-to-day support
Basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks; Click Up, accounts receivable/payable, follow ups
Supporting internal systems, processes, and workflow organisation
Assisting the sales team with preparing and managing quotations
Liaising with internal team members as required

Requirements (about you)

Is confident using computers and office systems
Proven administration experience (essential)
Is highly organised and detailed-focused
Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Can manage multiple tasks and priorities
Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through
QuickBooks / bookkeeping experience
Positive attitude and alignment with Wolfpack’s team culture
