About the role
We are currently looking for multiple Trainee Warehouse Operators to join our team at Helidon. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team as we move to a 7 days on / 7 days off roster (12-hour shifts, residential role). Open to candidates from Helidon, Toowoomba, Gatton, Ipswich, and nearby areas willing to travel.
Reporting to the Site Team Leader – Warehouse and Distribution, you’ll support the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials across the warehouse and magazines.

Orica’s Helidon Manufacturing site plays an important role in supporting our operations through the safe handling, storage, and distribution of materials used in production.

What you will be doing
Load, unload, store, and move materials within warehouse and magazine areas;
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch and production;
Record materials, stock movements, and storage locations;
Assist with stock checks and inventory activities;
Work with different teams across site to keep operations running smoothly;
Support day-to-day warehouse and distribution tasks;
Follow safety guidelines when handling materials;
Support a safe and respectful workplace for everyone.
